Turned from a single block of hardwood and polished to bring out the grain, this is the size that lives on the counter rather than in a cupboard. Heavy enough to stay put while you work, small enough to use one-handed.

Rinse and dry immediately after use – never soak or put in a dishwasher. Oil occasionally with a food-safe oil to stop the wood drying out.
