Groundnuts are roasted, ground, pressed for oil and then fried into crisp rings and sticks. The Benin style is a little denser and less oily than most, so it stays crunchy far longer.
What you get:
- Roasted groundnuts, chilli and salt – nothing else
- Fried in the nuts’ own oil, then fully drained
- Stays crisp rather than turning soft and greasy
- Contains groundnuts (peanuts)
Crumble into garri, sprinkle over salad and suya, or eat as it comes. Reseal after opening.
